I don't know, i think that i should probably debate that. it just seems that not everybody is interested in theirselves, many are actually interested in others. this is the whole 'altruistic' philosphy, that you improve as yourself only after you help others, therefore you are not entirely just interested in yourself.
you know, when i read the original post i thought it was so right. then i read the comment by skot, and i thought to my self, "no wait, that is so right." then, as you can see, i was left to ponder which of the two rights was right.
anyway, i finally concluded the following:
you're use of italics for the links on your site is revolutionary.
I am a doctoral candidate in the Communication Studies department at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. My emphasis is Rhetoric and Public Culture, with popular music and digital media being my principle research interests.
